About the photographer...

Whether on the road, on the sideline, or in the studio, Cynthia Zordich purposefully takes her camera away from the obvious and into those places overlooked by other photographers. Her specialty is the candid portrait and so it the genuine and not the contrived that intrigues her. A graduate of Penn State University, Cynthia has combined her background in telecommunications with her still work. The resulting images tend to be moments caught, expressions captured, the spirit of the individual. Cynthia is married to former NFL pro Michael Zordich. They have two sons (Michael Vincent and Alex) and one daughter (Aidan).

Presently Zordich joins 63 women artists in making up the Women in Photography International 20th Anniversary juried exhibition Tea Time: Images of Women—Images of Tea which will travel throughout the US and Internationally for the next two years. For more info log onto www.wipi.org.
